We are hiring for an Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Backend Heavy) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, API design and integration, Kubernetes-based deployments, and modern cloud-native application environments. This role focuses on building, deploying, and supporting scalable backend services while working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

🔹 Location : Pune, Hinjiawadi - Phase 1

🔹 Experience - 5 - 8 Years

🔹 Notice : Immediate Joiner to 60 days (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Build and integrate APIs across internal and external systems.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes clusters.
Create and maintain deployment configurations using Helm Charts and YAML.
Work with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools for application delivery.
Monitor, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
Document technical solutions, requirements, and operational procedures.

Core Skills Required:

Strong backend development experience using Golang, Python, Java, Node.js or similar programming languages.
Strong hands-on coding expertise with the ability to solve medium-to-complex coding problems independently using efficient and optimized approaches.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, problem-solving, and writing clean, scalable, production-quality backend code.
Hands-on experience in API development and integration.
Experience managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes clusters.
Strong understanding of containerized application environments.
Experience with Helm Charts and YAML-based configurations.
Experience with ArgoCD or similar deployment/GitOps tools.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Linux environments.
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
