About The Role
The Founder’s Office – Junior: Growth, Strategy & Partnerships role is designed for an ambitious early-career professional who wants direct exposure to startup strategy, partnerships, customer acquisition and business execution. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and collaborate with the product, technology, creative, marketing, customer-success and operations teams. This is a hands-on execution role. You will help convert ideas, discussions and partnership opportunities into structured plans, coordinated actions and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Strategy
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Support the preparation of business plans, growth experiments, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collect and analyse data related to leads, customer onboarding, activation, and campaign performance.
- Maintain business dashboards, trackers, and weekly performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Assist in preparing management updates, reports, and strategic documents.
Partnerships
- Research and identify potential B2B partners and business opportunities.
- Prepare partnership presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.
- Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and partner communications.
- Maintain the partnership pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track documents, approvals, integrations, and pending action items during partner onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support successful partner launches.
Project Execution
- Convert founder-level decisions into clear tasks, owners, and timelines.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to close pending actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving marketing, product, technology, and operations.
- Maintain project trackers and highlight delays or execution risks.
- Support customer-acquisition campaigns, branch activations, and launch events.
- Document processes, decisions, and standard operating procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in business, management, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may apply.
- Strong interest in startups, fintech, financial services, growth, or partnerships.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and business reports.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through without repeated supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving startup environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage.
