Business & Leadership Experience — Mandatory

• Must have experience owning, co-founding, or independently running a company, startup, technology business, or digital product business.
• Proven ability to take responsibility for business decisions, product strategy, technology, operations and execution.
• Must be comfortable taking end-to-end ownership rather than functioning only as a technical advisor or employee.
• Experience building a company or product from early stage to launch and growth is highly preferred.Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Master's degree is an advantage but not mandatory.Professional Experience
• 8–12+ years of experience in technology/product engineering.
• 3–5+ years in a technology leadership, engineering leadership, CTO, Head of Technology, Product & Technology Lead, or equivalent role.
• Proven experience delivering and scaling consumer-facing mobile and web platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplace, logistics, retail technology, delivery platforms or other high-transaction digital businesses is highly preferred.Technical Leadership
• Strong understanding of scalable backend and API architecture.
• AWS/cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL/database architecture.
• Understanding of Flutter, React, Node.js and REST APIs.
• Payment gateway, real-time systems, geolocation, notifications and third-party integrations.
• Application security, RBAC, authentication, data protection and system monitoring.Product & Platform Leadership
• Ability to convert business requirements into PRDs, technical specifications, architecture and development roadmaps.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from concept → design → development → QA → launch → scaling.
• Understanding of order management, inventory, catalogue/taxonomy, seller platforms, dark-store/warehouse workflows, rider/delivery systems and customer applications.
• Ability to design technology for high transaction volumes and real-time operations.Team & Vendor Management
• Ability to lead and technically evaluate external development agencies and internal development teams.
• Ability to review architecture, database design, APIs, security, development quality and deployment processes.
• Ability to challenge unrealistic technical estimates and timelines.
• Strong understanding of QA, CI/CD, production monitoring and release management.Founder Mindset
