Role Description The Owner role at SuperTech WM in Kochi is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing overall operations, strategic direction, and business development. The Owner will lead decision-making on new initiatives, guide team members, and cultivate a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. This position also requires active engagement with regional and international networks to identify opportunities, secure collaborations, and expand the organization’s impact.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business ownership, senior leadership, or entrepreneurship, preferably within technology, professional services, or financial services.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, including the ability to define vision, set goals, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in operations management, including oversight of budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and partnership-building abilities, with experience engaging clients, partners, and community or industry bodies.
  • Solid understanding of innovation, digital transformation, and ecosystem development in tech or service-based industries.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization in public and private forums.
  • Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, promote inclusive practices, and build a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Technology, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and maintain flexible availability to support business needs and external engagements.
