AI Agent Developer

💼 Experience: 2–4 years in software development, including 2+ year hands-on with LLMs / AI

VisionONE is looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to design, build and deploy intelligent assistants, AI agents and workflow automations across our website, ERP, payroll and compliance products.

You’ll work closely with our Product, Technology, Web and Support teams to turn real business problems into reliable, secure and measurable AI solutions.

What you’ll work on:

• Build conversational and AI agents for web, product, support and WhatsApp experiences
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq or similar
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, knowledge bases and tool/function calling workflows
• Build AI-powered reporting, summarisation and business process automation
• Develop supporting APIs, webhooks and backend services using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Design prompts, structured outputs, guardrails and human hand-off flows
• Integrate AI features with ERP and business data securely
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, cost and quality
• Deploy and monitor production AI systems using Docker, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
• Implement logging, authentication, rate limiting, data protection and AI safety controls

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of software development experience
• 2+ year of hands-on experience building with LLMs or generative AI
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases such as pgvector, Chroma, FAISS or Pinecone
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, SQL and backend development
• Experience with Docker, deployment, CI/CD, logging and monitoring
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, cost, latency and safety trade-offs
• Examples of AI agents, applications or automations you have built or shipped

Experience with voice AI, STT/TTS, WhatsApp Cloud API, C#/.NET, SQL Server, Angular or enterprise/ERP systems is a strong advantage.
