Implementation Lead

Location: Noida/Mumbai/Pune

Biz2X is looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations. The role will own implementation governance, scope control, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and successful go-live execution while ensuring adherence to implementation processes and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Enforce scope control, change request management, and implementation SOPs.
• Manage customer dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer governance meetings and executive stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS, Fintech, Banking, or Lending platform implementations.
• Strong expertise in enterprise delivery, program management, scope governance, and customer escalations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
