RolePaar Autonomy is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the complete development of advanced electro-mechanical products—from concept and design to field deployment and production

Key Responsibilities

  • Own projects end-to-end: Requirements → Hardware Design → Development → Bring-up → Production
  • Lead mechanical, electronics, embedded and software engineering teams.
  • Drive product architecture, technical decisions, milestones, resources and schedules.
  • Review mechanical designs, CAD, PCB hardware, embedded systems and system integration.
  • Coordinate cameras, sensors, motors, actuators, controllers and communication interfaces.
  • Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure mechanical, electrical, firmware and software integration is completed successfully.
  • Communicate project status, risks and technical decisions to management and customers.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years in technical project management, product development or engineering leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and hardware design with good understanding of embedded/software systems.
  • Experience with electro-mechanical, robotics, aerospace, defense, imaging or autonomous systems is preferred.
  • Ability to understand CAD, schematics, PCB layouts and system architecture.
  • Strong ownership, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of bringing a complex device from an idea to a reliable, field-ready product—not just manage timelines.
