Lead Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative healthcare technology solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This individual will serve as the bridge between healthcare operations, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to build products that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and user experience across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare RCM expertise with strong technical product management experience and has a proven track record of delivering enterprise software products. Candidates who began their careers in software engineering and transitioned into product management are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for healthcare RCM technology solutions.

• Partner with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch scalable software products.

• Work closely with RCM business stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and define product requirements.

• Translate complex healthcare revenue cycle processes into intuitive, technology-driven solutions.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and operational efficiency.

• Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, requirements gathering, and market analysis.

• Define product success metrics and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with analytics, business intelligence, and operational teams to enhance reporting and performance insights.

• Drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across revenue cycle workflows.

• Present product strategy and roadmap updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related product leadership roles.

• Deep expertise within Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• Experience supporting products related to:

Claims Management

Denials Management

Patient Billing

Collections

Revenue Integrity

Eligibility & Benefits Verification

Prior Authorization

Healthcare Analytics

• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature delivery.

• Strong partnership experience with software engineering teams.

• Technical background, preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Product Development.

• Experience working in Agile product environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• BTech, MCA, MTech, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Data, Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning-driven products.

• Background building enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology products.

COMPENSATION:

₹40,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 INR per year (₹40-45 LPA)
