About the Role
You build the server-side logic, databases and APIs behind our websites, apps and business software (CRM, ERP, HRM), with a focus on reliability and security.
What You'll Do
- Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs.
- Design database schemas, write efficient queries and manage migrations.
- Implement login, roles and permissions, payments, notifications and third-party integrations.
- Build backend modules for CRM, ERP and HRM products.
- Write clean, tested and documented code.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain live systems, and fix production issues. Requirements
- Strong experience in Node.js or PHP (Laravel).
- Solid knowledge of MySQL, and familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth) and server basics.
- Git and deployment experience. Bonus Points
- Docker, Redis, queues, CI/CD, cloud platforms.
