Role Description The AIML Faculty role at ImaginXP is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The faculty member will design, deliver, and periodically update courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, aligning content with industry trends and academic standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate learners, evaluating assignments and projects, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves mentoring students on AIML concepts and career paths, guiding them through hands-on labs, capstone projects, and research-oriented work. The faculty member will collaborate with academic leadership and other faculty to enhance the curriculum, participate in academic events and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, model building, and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in AIML (such as Python, relevant libraries, and version control systems).
• Experience with data handling and analysis, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluation techniques.
• Ability to design and deliver clear, structured course content, including lectures, labs, and project-based learning.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in higher education or professional settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and explain complex topics simply.
• Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AIML, or a related discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• Commitment to student success, openness to feedback, and willingness to adopt innovative, learner-centric teaching practices.
• Familiarity with industry applications of AIML and an interest in integrating real-world case studies and tools into the classroom.
