Full Stack AI Developer | Python, React & Automation

Remote – India or Pakistan | Full-Time

Salary: $2,000 USD per month (flexible for exceptional talent)

Our goal is to automate entire workflows — from finding candidates and identifying opportunities to matching jobs, communicating with clients, managing recruitment pipelines and analysing performance.

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who loves building things, solving problems and using AI to work faster and smarter.

You'll join a small, ambitious engineering team, working closely with our Head of Engineering to turn ideas into working products.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days fixing tickets or making minor changes to somebody else's software.

You'll be building real systems, solving real business problems and seeing your work used every day.

What you'll be building

You'll work across a variety of exciting projects, including:

• AI Agents: Building intelligent agents using Claude, OpenAI and other AI tools to automate complex business processes.
• Full Stack Applications: Developing internal platforms, dashboards and applications using React, Next.js, Python and FastAPI.
• Business Automation: Creating workflows using n8n, Python, APIs and AI to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Intelligent Data Systems: Connecting and organising large volumes of candidate, client and recruitment data.
• System Integrations: Connecting Salesforce, recruitment CRMs, email platforms, calling systems and third-party APIs.
• AI-Powered Recruitment Tools: Developing systems that identify opportunities, match candidates to jobs and recommend the next best action.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Deploying and maintaining reliable, scalable applications using modern cloud platforms.You'll have the opportunity to work on projects from initial idea through to development, deployment and continuous improvement.

The skills we're looking for

Essential:

• Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building full stack applications using React or Next.js.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services, ideally using FastAPI.
• Good understanding of databases, SQL and data structures.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience building automations using n8n, Python or similar tools.
• Confident using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to independently solve problems and deliver working software.Nice to have:
• Supabase or Firebase.
• Render, Railway or similar deployment platforms.
• AI agents, MCP, LLM APIs or agent orchestration.
• Salesforce integrations.
• Experience building data pipelines or large-scale automation systems.You don't need to know every technology listed. We're much more interested in someone who can learn quickly, solve problems and build great software.
