Description

Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in the NodeJs Angular technology stack to lead and architect scalable full stack web applications. The role involves designing and developing modular reusable frontend components, implementing advanced state management solutions, and managing relational and NoSQL databases. The Associate Principal will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and contribute to system design decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee development efforts within the NodeJs Angular skill cluster
Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior and junior developers
Participate actively in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote best practices
Collaborate closely with QA UXUI and product management teams to deliver robust and user-friendly software solutions
Assist in setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines
Monitor application performance proactively and implement necessary optimizations
Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Document development processes codebase changes and deployment procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharingRequirements
11 to 15 years of experience in the NodeJs Angular technology stack
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to design and develop modular reusable frontend components
Experience with advanced state management solutions and relational and NoSQL databases
