🚀 We're Hiring: AI/ML Lead | 5+ Years of Experience

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Work from Office)

Stabilix Solutions is looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to join our growing team!

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

AI/ML & Generative AI

  • Build, train, optimize, and deploy ML/DL models.
  • Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and LLM applications.
  • Work with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, Transformers, and multimodal AI.
  • Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.System Design & Architecture
  • Design scalable AI solutions and high-performance ML microservices.
  • Build reliable and optimized LLM/RAG-based systems.
  • Apply system design principles, including caching, asynchronous processing, and scalability.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products.MLOps & Deployment
  • Deploy AI/ML applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and model lifecycle management.
  • Work with MLflow, DVC, Airflow, or Kubeflow.Technical Leadership
  • Take ownership of AI/ML projects and drive technical decisions.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.🔹 What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Applied Machine Learning.
  • Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, NLP, and LLMs.
  • Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
  • Experience with vector databases, agentic AI workflows, and LLM optimization.
  • Strong system design and scalable architecture knowledge.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, and cloud-based AI/ML deployments.
  • Exposure to AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.🔹 Additional Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
  • Real-time ML processing using Kafka and Spark Streaming.
  • Experience with Multimodal AI (Vision + Language).
  • Exposure to distributed AI frameworks.
  • Strong MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring experience.📍 Important – Location Requirement

This position is based in Trivandrum, Kerala, and requires working from our Trivandrum office.

Candidates who are willing to relocate to Trivandrum or are already based in Trivandrum and comfortable working from the office are encouraged to apply.
