Position Summary:

Role: Delivery Management Engineer II

Deliver high-quality work products within established timelines while helping Agile teams improve how they plan, execute, and deliver work. As a Delivery Management Engineer II, you will serve as a Scrum Master for product and engineering teams, facilitate Scrum practices, support team effectiveness, and help remove barriers to delivery. You will also work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle, while supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled engineering practices within the pod.

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer II on the Engineering-as-a-Service team, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinating delivery across multiple pods, including facilitating Scrum of Scrums and managing cross-team dependencies
• Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams on Scrum practices, backlog management, team accountability, and continuous improvement
• Tracking sprint and delivery metrics, maintaining Scrum artifacts, and building dashboards that communicate progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders
• Removing impediments and supporting backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint goals, and delivery planning across hybrid and distributed teams
• Supporting adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled engineering tools and flexing into adjacent delivery activities such as requirements clarification, release coordination, or quality assurance coordination as pod needs evolve

We transform engineering teams, modernize technology, and deliver complex programs with a product engineering approach. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM and 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, working in a POD model and facilitating collaboration across multiple PODs through events like Scrum of Scrums
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams catering to complex business environments operating at scale in hybrid work environments
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including project planning and estimation, risk identification, and capacity and dependency resolution
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile and Lean delivery practices and product delivery tools such as Jira boards; comfortable leading role-based trainings for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, collaborating with Scrum teams to achieve faster impediment resolution and dependency mitigation
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally), with experience building dashboards to enhance transparency of delivery metrics
• Ability to enable teams to deliver value by leveraging flow metrics, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), CI/CD processes, and release management
• Basic understanding of key deployment strategies (e.g., A/B testing, canary releases, blue-green deployment, rolling deployment)
• Exposure to, or genuine curiosity about, GenAI tools in software engineering (for example GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants)
• BE / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
