Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize work across multiple projects and engineering teams while maintaining delivery focus and alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with platform owners, business owners, product owners, development teams, and management to define requirements, decisions, and project delivery strategies.
• Review feature requests, establish delivery plans, and guide teams through successful implementation and release.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, contingencies, scope, quality, cost, and schedule throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members; support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean management and agile principles, using delivery metrics and appropriate project management tools.
• Oversee complex customer implementations, production problem resolution, and development of productivity-enabling solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, documentation, quality practices, and stakeholder communication.Skills Required:
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience managing software projects and teams.
• Strong project management experience covering planning, estimation, monitoring, control, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, hiring, and developing software engineering teams.
• Ability to manage delivery across scope, quality, cost, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience in software development or software testing environments, with familiarity with application lifecycle management tools.Good to Have:
• Experience with C# and .NET-based software development environments.
• Experience delivering Software as a Service projects.Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
