We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist within End User Services Workspace Product Management team, with responsibility for supporting the lifecycle, performance, user experience and operational management of assigned products and services. There will be opportunity to work with engineering, operations, suppliers and business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solutions, manage product roadmaps, support service performance and ensure operational readiness.

In This Role, You Will

  • Supporting product strategy and execution.
  • Working independently to deliver outcomes.
  • Managing and prioritising backlog/work items.
  • Maintaining operational, risk and compliance standards.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of initiatives and driving delivery across stakeholder groups.
  • Supporting feature delivery aligned to product vision and roadmap.
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
