Job Requirements
Develop and maintain business applications, digital platforms, and web solutions. Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting systems, and executive analytics platforms.Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 technologies. Develop AI-enabled solutions, including chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants, and knowledge-management tools.Create and support APIs, backend services, databases, and data-integration pipelines. Partner with business stakeholders to identify digitization opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.Drive continuous improvement through automation, innovation, secure coding, and modern engineering practices. Must-Have Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in software development, automation, analytics, or digital transformation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering field.Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Power BI, Power Automate, and REST APIs.Strong proficiency in Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.Proven experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Chat, or similar AI-assisted coding tools. Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and rapid prototyping.Experience with Git and DevOps practices, database design, and data integration. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud services. Copilot Studio, Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or chatbot development. Enterprise dashboards, executive reporting, and PMO or Project Portfolio Management tools. Data governance, and application lifecycle management.
