About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple client

projects, from AI transformation engagements to portal builds and integrations. This role is

ideal for someone who can keep scope, timelines and client expectations aligned while helping

the engineering team build with focus.

The successful candidate will be the bridge between clients, founders and the

development team, making sure every project is well planned, clearly communicated and

delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects: kickoff, scope, planning, execution,

UAT and handover.

• Run sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews with the development team.
• Track risks, dependencies and change requests, and manage scope creep with clear

trade-offs.

• Report project health, margins and team load to the founders.

Documentation & Requirements

• Write and maintain SOWs, phase-wise plans, feature lists, roadmaps and status

reports.

• Turn client requirements into clear user stories and Jira tickets with

acceptance criteria.

• Prepare client-facing documents and presentations, including

progress and investor updates when clients need them.

Client Management

• Be the main point of contact for clients: weekly updates, demos and escalation

handling.

• Support pre-sales with requirement gathering, competitor research, estimates

and proposals.

• Help run AI Design Thinking workshops and turn their outputs into

delivery plans.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience delivering web, SaaS or integration projects for external

clients.

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence and similar tools.
• Enough technical understanding to discuss APIs, integrations, AI features and

trade-offs with engineers.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong document and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several clients and deadlines at once while staying calm and organised.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing AI or ML projects.
• PMP, CSM or a similar certification.
• Experience in a consulting firm or digital agency.
• Domain exposure to travel tech, B2B portals or ERP/accounting integrations (e.g.

Zoho).

• Experience working with clients in the Middle East, US or Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or

equivalent practical experience).

• 4+ years in project or delivery management for software projects, with at least 3 years

managing clients directly.

• Strong track record of projects delivered on time and within scope.
