  • Full-time About the Role Compass is a retail feed-optimization and commerce-intelligence platform, with a growing share of value powered by LLMs in production. We're hiring a full-stack Software Engineer who builds across the whole product — the React dashboards, the Node.js services behind them, the Postgres + BigQuery data underneath, and the AI/LLM features at the core. Early-career, high-growth: you already build features end to end and have worked with LLM APIs; here you'll do it daily on real systems and grow into deeper database design, architecture, and production AI with senior mentorship.Ss What You'll Do
  • Frontend — dashboards, config screens, and charts in React + Vite (TypeScript)
  • Backend — Node/Express APIs, jobs, and workers; integrations with Google platforms
  • Databases — write and optimize SQL on Postgres + BigQuery; contribute to schema and migrations, growing into owning data models
  • AI/LLM — enrichment, title optimization, and GPC classification across Claude / OpenAI / Gemini; structured JSON output, guardrails, and cost limits (learned alongside seniors)
  • Architecture & craft (grow into) — system design, GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks) Must-Have
  • 2–3 years of full-stack web development experience (strong internships/projects count)
