🧑 💻 Experience: 8–12 Years

🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Golang and backend development

✅ Microservices architecture and distributed systems

✅ System design, HLD, LLD, and architectural decision-making

✅ REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and event-driven architecture

✅ Database design, data modeling, and performance optimization

✅ Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes

✅ CI/CD, DevSecOps, monitoring, and observability

✅ Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management

✅ Exposure to AI/LLM integration, RAG, and AI-powered developer tools

🎯 What we're looking for:

A hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, contribute to code, mentor engineering teams, and deliver secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
