JOB INPUTS:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Perform and oversee complex data analyses, transforming large and diverse data sets into actionable business insights.
• Lead large-scale analytics programs and projects from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex analytical, reporting, and data modeling challenges.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Liaise with business partners and primary stakeholders to prioritize requests, coordinate delivery timelines, and manage expectations.
• Provide technical coaching in advanced Power BI development, enterprise data modeling, security implementation, report optimization, and analytics engineering practices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, technical workshops, and hands-on training to elevate team capabilities.
• Create a culture of continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Champion the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across analytics workflows.
• Identify business processes and analytical use cases that can be enhanced through automation, AI agents, machine learning, and intelligent decision support solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical, business-focused opportunities.
• Promote trusted AI usage by balancing innovation with risk management and business value realization.
• Encourage experimentation and learning to build organizational readiness for AI-powered analytics.
• Establish standards for testing, validation, reconciliation, and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Continuously improve analytics practices by incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Relevant Work Experience:

Analytics Leadership experience:

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision support functions.
• Proven success leading enterprise analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Experience driving analytics strategy and organizational data maturity.
• Demonstrated ability to establish BI governance frameworks and enterprise reporting standards.

Project Management:

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in leading and managing data projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure project success.

Technical Proficiency:

• 8+ years of advanced Power BI experience, including enterprise-scale deployments.
• 8+ years of experience designing semantic models, composite models, security frameworks, and embedded analytics solutions.
• 8-10 years of experience in SQL for complex database queries and data extraction.
• 8+ years of experience with Azure services for data storage, processing, and analysis.

Team Leadership:

• 5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing analytics professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing, technically skilled analytics teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.

Quality Assurance:

• 5+ years of experience utilizing Git-based source control and deployment practices.
• Proven experience implementing analytics CI/CD, DevOps processes, and release governance.
• Experience performing GIT peer reviews, managing pull requests, and resolving deployment conflicts.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled business solutions and analytics automation opportunities.
• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning applications, and responsible AI implementation.
• Experience evaluating business processes for AI transformation and automation opportunities.

Planning / Organizing / Managerial Knowledge:

• Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and technologies, to support various projects.
• Develop and execute enterprise analytics roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
