Toystack AI is a Bangalore-based enterprise Agentic AI platform, backed by Tim Draper (Draper Associates), building and deploying AI agents that integrate with enterprise CRMs, ERPs, and data systems to automate workflows and surface real-time intelligence. The company is revenue-generating with active clients across the US, India, and Pacific Islands.

About The Role

This is Toystack AI's first dedicated Client Implementation hire — the primary bridge between enterprise clients and the engineering team. You will own client relationships end-to-end, translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, and drive projects from kick-off through go-live with minimal supervision. You will start managing 1–2 active enterprise accounts from day one, ramping to 3–4, and will build and lead a small team of 3–5 people over time.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across the US, India, and Pacific Islands
Translate client requirements into implementation plans and manage delivery end-to-end
Coordinate with engineering, product, and BD teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
Manage project risks, escalations, and client expectations proactively
Build and manage a small delivery team (initially 3–5 direct reports)
Document implementation processes and contribute to building repeatable onboarding playbooks
Contribute to pre-sales scoping as needed

Must-Have Requirements

Hands-on API knowledge — has worked with APIs in a real delivery context and can explain integration architecture (authentication, request/response flow, error handling)
Strong English verbal communication — clear, confident, and professional; suitable for direct enterprise client-facing interactions (minimum 7/10 on screening call)
Understanding of AI systems under the hood — can explain agentic AI concepts (agent orchestration, LLM pipelines, RAG, multi-agent coordination) at a conceptual-architectural level
Stakeholder and people management experience — demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, or multiple client stakeholders in a delivery context
End-to-end project or implementation ownership — has independently driven at least one client-facing project from requirements gathering to go-live, with measurable outcomes

Good to Have

Startup or founder's office experience — has worked at a startup, joined a founding team, or built something from scratch
Developer or technical builder background — has written code or contributed to a codebase in any capacity
US-facing client communication experience
Domain experience in BFSI or healthcare enterprise software
Engineering undergraduate degree from BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore, or another Tier 1 Engineering institute

What We're Looking For

Someone proactive, passionate about building, and hands-on — not a theory master who fills Excel sheets and chases updates, but someone who has sat in the trenches, knows which process steps to skip and which to protect, and is excited by the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage AI startup. Any engineering degree is welcome. Prior startup exposure is strongly preferred.

Work Schedule

Hybrid — 4 days in office, 1 day WFH. Typical hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, with occasional client calls up to 10 PM IST.
