DeFi Product Manager

We're building DeFi infrastructure that people actually use — not another farm that dies in three weeks.

And we need a Product Manager who gets it. Someone who's been in the trenches, used the protocols, and has opinions about why some products win and others bleed liquidity.

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year + tokens

What you'll be doing

You'll own the product from idea to mainnet. That means talking to users, arguing with engineers about trade-offs, writing specs that don't put people to sleep, and shipping.

Day to day looks something like this:

Figuring out what to build next — and what to kill

Working with smart contract devs who will push back on everything (and they should)

Watching on-chain data to see if what we shipped actually works

Talking to LPs, traders, and integrators to understand where it hurts

Writing clear specs, setting priorities, and keeping things moving

What we're looking for

You've shipped DeFi products before. You understand lending, borrowing, AMMs, yield strategies — not just the buzzwords, but how they actually work under the hood.

You've used the tools: Dune, DefiLlama, Tenderly, maybe some Etherscan rabbit holes at 2am.

You can explain complex mechanics to a non-technical person without being condescending.

You're comfortable with ambiguity. DeFi changes fast. Roadmaps break. You adapt.

Bonus points if you

Have written Solidity (even badly)

Understand tokenomics and incentive design

Have worked on cross-chain products

Know what MEV is and why it matters
