Role Description The Business Intelligence Architect is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing analytics solutions using Sisense and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing robust data architectures and data models, managing data warehousing structures, and overseeing ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability. The role involves creating and refining interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for clients across multiple industries. The Business Intelligence Architect will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. This position also contributes to continuous improvement efforts, including performance optimization, documentation, and the adoption of new BI and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Data Architecture and Data Warehousing to design scalable, secure, and efficient analytics environments.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling to structure data for high-performance reporting and self-service analytics.
• Experience with dashboards and visualization design to create intuitive, high-impact Sisense or similar BI dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools to integrate, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple sources.
• Practical experience with Sisense or comparable BI platforms, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases; exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is beneficial.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in enterprise analytics projects across industries such as Retail, Healthcare, or E-commerce is an advantage.
