Senior Business Operations Analyst

Summary:

You will provide resources on a managed capacity basis for the purposes of implementing solutions at clients. The scope of services includes supporting delivery in line with key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support discovery workshops, designing and configuring solutions within project parameters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and subject matter experts to analyze and understand client requirements and implement the best possible solutions.
• Perform hands-on development work using recommended practices.
• Participate in all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, development, unit testing, testing support, and production support.
• Deliver end-user training for platform or solution-related training.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working on the relevant platform.
• Strong knowledge of front office, middle office, or back office solutions across asset classes based on the area of focus.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and platform architecture across modules (for technical analysts).
• Service-focused with clear communication skills at any level.

Education & Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background and qualifications in business operations, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
