About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and certified ERPNext Technical Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python, Frappe Framework and MariaDB, along with practical experience in ERPNext implementation, configuration and customization.

The role involves working closely with functional consultants and customers to understand business requirements and develop effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.
  • Configure ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom applications, DocTypes, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards using the Frappe Framework.
  • Customize standard ERPNext functionalities and develop business-specific solutions.
  • Write server-side business logic using Python and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
  • Design, develop and optimize database queries using MariaDB / MySQL.
  • Develop REST APIs and integrate ERPNext with third-party applications.
  • Perform data migration, testing, debugging and deployment.
  • Manage ERPNext environments using Frappe Bench.
  • Work with Linux, Git, Redis, Nginx and other supporting technologies.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and maintain existing ERPNext implementations.
  • Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional and project teams.Technical Skills Required
  • ERPNext & Frappe Framework: Strong hands-on experience in implementation, configuration and customization.
  • Python: Good programming and application development skills.
  • MariaDB / MySQL: Database management, SQL queries, joins and optimization.
  • JavaScript​: Client-side scripting and customization.
  • Frappe Framework: DocTypes, Controllers, Hooks, Client Scripts, Server Scripts and custom applications.
  • API Integration: REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
  • Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JSON and related technologies.
  • Deployment & Administration: Linux / Ubuntu, Frappe Bench, Git, Redis and Nginx.Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
  • Must hold valid ERPNext and Frappe Framework certifications.
  • Experience in at least two ERPNext implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in ERPNext customization and Python-based development.
  • Experience working with an ERP implementation or consulting organization will be an advantage.Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, Projects or Trading industry implementations.
  • Knowledge of ERPNext version upgrades and migrations.
  • Experience developing custom Frappe applications.
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD and application deployment.
  • Good understanding of ERP business processes and functional workflows.Desired Competencies
