Role Description

The Founder's Office role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves working closely with the founder to support strategic planning, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Operations, and Growth. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and user research, preparing dashboards and reports, structuring and tracking key metrics, and driving follow-through on high-priority projects. The individual will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support investor and partner communications, and contribute to process design and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, can switch between strategy and execution, and is comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with 5-10 years of experience being a Generalist, or owning Revenue, Operations and owning a P&L
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, market research, and creating clear reports or dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare structured presentations, investor decks, and concise documentation.
  • Project and stakeholder management skills, including planning, prioritisation, cross-functional coordination, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Business and product thinking abilities, with interest in consumer tech, platforms, or marketplaces; prior experience in startups, consulting, or operations is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with comfort handling sensitive information and working directly with founders and senior leaders.
  • Self-directed work style, adaptability to changing priorities, and willingness to be hands-on in both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools); exposure to childcare, consumer services, or Indian tech ecosystems is beneficial.
