Role Purpose

The Program Manager will act as a strategic partner to the SSG leadership team, driving business planning, market intelligence, CXO engagements, executive governance, and transformation initiatives across the Software Solutions Group. This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs, MDs, OEM leaders, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Insights

  • Generate actionable market intelligence and business insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze industry trends, technology adoption, competitor movements, and market opportunities.
  • Build business performance dashboards and executive reports.
  • Drive quarterly and annual business reviews with leadership teams.
  • Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new business opportunities.

Executive & CXO Engagement

  • Engage with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and other senior leaders across customers, partners, and OEMs.
  • Prepare CXO briefs, leadership presentations, board-level reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support leadership in high-value customer discussions and OEM business reviews.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships across internal and external ecosystems.

Program & Governance Management

  • Lead strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Track key business KPIs, revenue performance, pipeline, margins, and growth metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Presales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
  • Establish governance frameworks and review mechanisms.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market sizing, TAM analysis, competitive benchmarking, and partner ecosystem mapping.
  • Identify emerging trends in Cloud, AI, Security, Data & Software businesses.
  • Provide recommendations for expansion, partnerships, and investments.
