Role Description This full-time, on-site Software Engineer role is based in Nagpur. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, reviewing code from peers, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and optimizing system performance. The role also involves participating in technical discussions, contributing to architectural decisions, documenting key components, and ensuring that software follows best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development experience, including building and integrating APIs and working with databases.
- Candidates should possess Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and an understanding of modular, maintainable code design.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or automated testing frameworks is beneficial.
