Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong healthcare IT background to lead strategic initiatives and complex technology programs within a product-based healthcare technology organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing enterprise-level programs, driving product transformation, and leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and client-facing functions. A strong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, interoperability, and scalable digital health solutions is essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex healthcare technology initiatives.
• Drive strategic programs across product development, platform modernization, cloud transformation, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps and scalable delivery plans.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
• Required Qualifications & ExperienceSignificant experience in program management within the Healthcare IT / HealthTech domain.
• Prior experience working with a product-based healthcare technology company is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise technology programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare platforms such as EHR/EMR, clinical data systems, healthcare interoperability, or healthcare data exchange.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HL7, HIPAA, PHI, and PII.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
