Product Manager
We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Products team in Bangalore, reporting to our Director, Product Management. In this role, you will help shape the automation and cloud operations experience across the Infoblox product portfolio. You will focus on capabilities that help customers automate deployment, configuration, integration, and lifecycle operations using modern infrastructure and automation tools such as REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, AI-driven workflows, and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This role is ideal for a product manager who is passionate about DevOps, CloudOps, platform automation, AI-enabled operations, and improving how customers operationalize products at scale. You will partner with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify automation and AI-related needs, define requirements, and help deliver capabilities that improve customer efficiency, consistency, intelligence, and time to value.
You are also expected to actively leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows as part of your day-to-day product management practice, including research, synthesis, requirements development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Help define and execute the roadmap for DevOps / CloudOps automation capabilities across the Infoblox portfolio.
- Work with other Product Managers to identify common automation needs and translate them into scalable platform capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering and UX to define, refine, and deliver automation-focused features and workflows.
- Support product requirements for REST APIs, infrastructure-as-code integrations, and automation frameworks including Ansible and Terraform.
- Help drive capabilities that simplify deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and day-2 operations across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on technical positioning, enablement content, and customer-facing materials that support adoption.
- Understand how automation requirements intersect with the broader product portfolio and help drive a consistent customer experience across products.
- Contribute to product specifications, user stories, use cases, and backlog prioritization for automation-related initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows in day-to-day product management activities, including market and customer research, synthesis, drafting requirements, prioritization support, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Own the success of the features and capabilities you help build, maintain, and deliver.
Be Prepared — What You Bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud-managed platforms, and AI-enabled product capabilities is a plus.
- Working knowledge of automation and infrastructure technologies such as REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD workflows, scripting-driven operational models, and practical AI applications such as copilots, intelligent workflow automation, or LLM-powered operational use cases.
- Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including awareness of their evolving AI service ecosystems.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows as part of everyday work.
- Understanding of how customers deploy, integrate, and operate infrastructure and services in enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Ability to actively listen to customers, identify root problems, and make data-informed decisions, even when data is incomplete.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, UX, support, and architecture across the full product lifecycle.
- Ability to capture and clearly articulate customer problems, then translate those into product strategy, requirements, and prioritization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative, comfort working independently, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for ownership, innovation, and improving the customer experience through automation and operational simplicity.
