Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer

Experience: 8–10 Years | Department: Technology & Product Engineering | Employment: Full-Time

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer with hands-on experience in web and mobile development, microservices architecture, and third-party API integrations. The candidate will lead technical development, mentor team members, and use modern AI tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Build solutions using React JS, React Native, Node.js, .NET, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Design and implement microservices, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure code quality, application security, performance, and scalability.
• Use AI-powered tools for development, testing, debugging, documentation, and automation.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and manage technical delivery.
• Collaborate with product, business, QA, and other teams to deliver solutions on time.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend & Mobile React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native
• Backend Node.js, .NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
• Database Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, query optimization
• Architecture & Integration Microservices, system design, third-party APIs, secure data exchange
• AI & Engineering AI coding assistants, Git, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, Agile practices

Preferred Experience

• Financial services or fintech integrations, including payment gateways, UPI, banking, insurance, or investment platforms.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or AWS, API security, and cloud-native application development.

Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of relevant software development experience with strong hands-on coding skills.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, problem-solving, and delivery ownership.
• Ability to adopt emerging technologies and AI tools to improve engineering efficiency.
