Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laravel Developer role based in Delhi, India. The Laravel Developer will design, develop, and maintain PHP-based web applications using the Laravel framework, including building APIs, integrating third-party services, and optimizing application performance. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, reusable code, implementing secure and scalable back-end logic, collaborating on front-end integration, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role also involves participating in requirement gathering, estimating effort, reviewing code, managing deployments, and ensuring applications meet quality, security, and usability standards. The developer is expected to stay current with Laravel and related web technologies to recommend improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with Laravel, PHP, RESTful APIs, and database design (MySQL or similar).
• Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills, with a focus on clean architecture, reusable code, and design patterns.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, such as working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating front-end frameworks with Laravel views or APIs.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Software Development skills, including version control (Git), testing and debugging, and familiarity with deployment and CI/CD workflows.
• Relevant additional qualifications include experience with security best practices, performance optimization, and working with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Beneficial qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in on-site, client-facing environments in Delhi or similar settings is advantageous, along with the ability to manage timelines and multiple projects responsibly.
