Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. You will assess the existing business environment, gather and understand high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. You will also play a key part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing business cases and steering the implementation of important initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business solutions meet organizational objectives.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of business processes and requirements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in developing and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
