Senior AI Architect

Role Description full-time remote role, you will design end-to-end AI solutions, including system architecture, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies for multiple clients or projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business objectives into technical designs, and oversee the implementation of AI systems in production environments. Daily tasks include evaluating technologies, defining integration patterns, guiding software development teams, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of AI applications. You will produce architectural documentation, conduct technical reviews, and provide thought leadership on best practices in AI, cloud, and software engineering. This role also involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and continuously improving solution designs based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong architecture and architectural design skills, with experience defining scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and software systems.
• Hands-on software development experience, including designing and implementing production-grade code in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Expertise in integration and system interoperability, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and connecting AI components to existing enterprise systems.
• Proven project management capabilities, including planning, estimating, risk management, and coordinating technical work across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
