Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
• Participate in design discussions, identify the detailed requirements and document the same.
• Create low-level and detailed design documents that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and other integration components using MuleSoft.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure adherence to established integration development methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health of integration flows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the integration development process.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Must Have Skills:

• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
• 7+ years of experience in integration development with at least 5 years focused on MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, RAML, and OData.
• Proficiency in data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Hands-on experience in design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
• Proficient in working with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Experience in high-level and low-level detailed design documents that meet business requirements and adhere to MuleSoft best practices.
• Hands-on experience in developing APIs, connectors, and other integration components using MuleSoft.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in MuleSoft (MCD – Level 1 or Level 2).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with message queues (JMS, Kafka) and database integration (SQL, NoSQL).
• MuleSoft Certified Integration / Platform Architect
