Summary

UST is looking for a Solution Engineer with AI experience, proficient in Python, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Next.js, to design, develop, and engineer innovative AI-driven applications and enterprise integrations.

The Opportunity

Design, develop, and engineer AI-driven applications and solutions using Python, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks.

Leverage AI tools to generate, review, and optimize code, improving development efficiency and quality.
Develop and maintain front-end components using Next.js, React, and Node.js.
Perform low-level design (LLD) and contribute to technical solutioning aligned with architectural guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to translate high-level designs into executable technical components.
Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, workflow systems, and Salesforce (where applicable).
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI-enabled solutions.
Act as a technical liaison between business, architecture, and development teams.

What You Need

Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development utilizing Python, Node.js, and React/Next.js.

Proven experience in building and integrating AI-driven applications and solutions.
Ability to perform low-level design (LLD) and work with Solution Architects on high-level architecture.
Strong technical communication and collaboration skills to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Solid understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and software maintenance best practices.
