Position: Senior Data Scientist

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 to 3 days work from office)

Location- Bengaluru

We are hiring for the position of Senior Data Scientist for one of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for real-world business problems.

Own end-to-end model development, including feature engineering and model evaluation.

Design and conduct experiments, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.

Work directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducible workflows using MLflow or equivalent tools.

Mentor junior team members and maintain high standards of code quality.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.

Expertise in at least one area: NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series Forecasting, or Ensembling.

Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.

Hands-on experience with MLflow/MLOps and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience deploying machine learning models into production or real-world business applications.

Knowledge of Git, code reviews, and software testing practices.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
