NOTE:- Martech experience is mandatory. CMS experience also needed.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 9+ years of proven experience in managing end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, execution governance, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and quality expectations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance dashboards.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and overall financial tracking.
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
Track project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
8+ years of experience managing IT, digital, software development, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, and delivery frameworks.
Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models.
Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Experience in vendor management and cross-functional team coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise or customer-facing projects.
Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation programs, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience working in global delivery environments and distributed teams.
Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and project budgeting.
