Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Gurgaon. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support MAATRI’s listing and marketing platform, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and reliable digital experiences for healthcare professionals and patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and product teams, implementing front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining code quality and documentation, and contributing to new feature development aligned with MAATRI’s healthcare and education ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Web Development and Programming, including experience with modern web frameworks and languages.
Front-End Development skills, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and UI implementation.
Back-End Web Development capabilities, including server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
Web Design skills focused on usability, accessibility, and clean, user-centered interfaces.
Experience working on full-stack projects, preferably in healthcare, education, or platform-based products.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, security best practices, and deployment workflows is beneficial.
