We are currently hiring for an experienced Cloud / Full Stack Software Engineer with minimum 3 years of software development experience to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Node.js, React, Microservices, and REST APIs for one of our client in Pune.

The role focuses on building modern full-stack applications, developing scalable backend services, designing and integrating REST APIs, implementing microservice-based architectures, and working with cloud technologies to deliver reliable, production-ready software solutions.

This role is suited to a hands-on full-stack software engineer who has practical experience developing SaaS products and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking solutions from initial POCs through production, working across frontend and backend technologies, and taking strong ownership of technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.
Develop robust and maintainable backend services using Node.js.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.
Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures.
Develop and maintain enterprise and SaaS product capabilities.
Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
Take proof-of-concepts from initial development through production implementation.
Develop, debug, test, optimize, and deploy full-stack applications.
Work with cloud-native technologies and contribute to cloud application architecture.
Work with NoSQL databases and data models where required.
Containerize applications using Docker.
Integrate applications with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
Work closely with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolutions.
Follow established software development standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Take ownership of assigned development activities and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills / Primary Skills

Min 3 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js.
Strong hands-on experience with React.
Practical experience designing and developing Microservices.
Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Experience building full-stack web applications.
Experience with SaaS product development.
Understanding of cloud-native application architecture.
Experience taking POCs through to production.
Understanding of enterprise software development principles and best practices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive development activities independently.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.

Additional Skills

Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Experience working with NoSQL databases.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
Experience designing and developing cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a good-to-have skill.
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with application authentication, authorization, and API security.
Exposure to monitoring, logging, and application observability.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of software development tools, version control, and testing practices.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or SaaS product environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to real-world development problems.
Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams is an added advantage.

Education

B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, technical capability, and interview performance.

For exceptionally strong candidates, compensation can be considered beyond the standard range based on experience, technical expertise, and overall fit.

Candidates with approximately 5 years of relevant experience can be considered up to ₹25 Lakhs for exceptionally strong profiles.

Candidates with approximately 8 years of experience can be considered in the range of ₹35–40 Lakhs for exceptionally strong profiles.

For exceptional candidates, compensation can be decided based on technical expertise, relevant experience, interview performance, and overall fit.
