Senior Data Scientist — GenAI / Machine Learning (Noida)

Our client is a well-established, well-funded health-technology and analytics company building enterprise-grade AI products for the healthcare and insurance sector. As part of a growing AI team in Noida, they're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and deployment of advanced NLP, machine learning and Generative AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and ship production GenAI solutions — LLM applications, RAG architectures, agents and copilots — on real healthcare data
• Build NLP capabilities for document intelligence: entity extraction, summarisation, classification and semantic search
• Own the full ML lifecycle end to end — problem framing, modelling, deployment and monitoring
• Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails and prompt-engineering standards
• Partner closely with product, engineering and business teams, and mentor junior data scientistsWhat you'll bring
• At least 6 years of experience in data science / ML, with recent hands-on delivery of NLP and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL; solid grounding in modern ML and deep learning
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases
• Cloud and MLOps exposure — ideally Azure and/or Databricks, plus containerisation and CI/CD
• Clear communicator who can influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Healthcare, insurance or other regulated-data domain experience is a strong plusWhat's on offer
