• *Product Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors EC** **About the Role** We are seeking a Product Specialist with expertise in **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)** to support global HR and payroll products, drive enhancements, and ensure seamless business operations. **Key
• Responsibilities** - Own and support SAP SuccessFactors EC - Analyse business requirements and deliver product enhancements. - Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT. - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors. - Support integrations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• **Required Skills** - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - HR Master Data Management - Change Incident Management - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills **Preferred** - SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (EC) - Global payroll exposure - Agile/Product Management experience
