📍 Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
  • Assess client requirements and develop AI-driven solution strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide AI-based recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate technical concepts and possibilities in a business-friendly manner.
  • Manage the complete client journey, from discovery to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and industry use cases.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Custom AI Development.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including NLP, Machine Learning, Chatbots, Automation, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI projects through execution, coordination, or implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
  • Comfortable working with international clients, especially US time zones when required.
