Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in

Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern AI frameworks, cloud

platforms, and cutting-edge technologies like NLP, RAG, and AI Agents

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using state-of-the-art technologies ensuring scalability,

efficiency, and business alignment.

• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and AI

applications using external APIs or local LLMs.

• Leverage GenAI tools to create dynamic AI agents and workflows.

• Train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models using platforms like AWS SageMaker and AWS

Bedrock.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment and model retraining.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and ensure technical solutions meet

business needs.

• Document AI workflows, data pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure transparency

and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with Python and ML.

• Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Hands-on experience in building Agents, Speech processors, PDF & Image processors.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques such as Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting.

• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision and time series forecasting.

• Experience with AWS (including Bedrock, Lambda).

• Solid knowledge of system design principles including scalability, security, and performance

optimization.

• Experience with GitHub and Docker for container orchestration.

Good to Have

• Experience working in Healthcare or Healthcare Projects will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including moderation mechanisms and ethical AI

design.

• Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.

• Exposure to advanced GenAI toolkits and multi-agent AI systems.
