Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The right person will have strong hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, and should be comfortable working in an Agile team with business analysts, QA, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Create reusable Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with SOQL/SOSL, data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Take part in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Fix production issues and give technical support when needed.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for coding, performance, security, and governor limits.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA in an Agile setup.
• Support deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Experience with configuration and customization.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
