Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a innovative VP of Master Data to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.
• Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
