📍 Location: Mumbai

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

🎓 Education: MBA (Operations/Systems) or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will drive project coordination, business requirement gathering, application enhancements, and implementation activities across manufacturing sites.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage application projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, plant teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare BRDs, process maps, test cases, UAT documentation, and project status reports.
• Track project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support system integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or Plant Operations projects.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise applications.
• Exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
