Business Analytics Manager

We’re Hiring: Business Analytics Manager at MaaldeMaalde is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Analytics Manager who can turn business data, operational insights, and real-world challenges into smarter decisions and measurable growth.

We’re looking for someone who understands how a business works, can identify opportunities for improvement, and can help leadership make informed decisions using data, analysis, and practical business thinking.

• Analyze sales, revenue, purchasing, inventory, customer behavior, and overall business performance.
• Work with department heads to understand business challenges and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance and support management decisions.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities using data and business insights.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend practical improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Support management in business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with different departments to implement improvements and track their results.
• Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.What We’re Looking For
• Minimum qualification: MBA in Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related specialization.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, business management, operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or projects.
• Strong understanding of business functions, including sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and customer management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to management.
