Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and the ability to work with large datasets. The role involves developing intelligent applications that support business automation, data-driven decision-making, fraud detection, and customer service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for business applications.
  • Research and evaluate AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Develop predictive models and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
  • Develop and integrate AI models with existing applications through APIs.
  • Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, and business teams to identify AI use cases.
  • Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Monitor deployed models and improve their performance through continuous optimization.
  • Ensure AI solutions follow data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation for models, experiments, and deployment processes.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Python.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
  • Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of deep learning and neural network architectures.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and application integration.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with NLP techniques and chatbot development.
  • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Understanding of cloud AI services such as AWS AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or Google Cloud AI.
  • Familiarity with model deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of computer vision and predictive analytics.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, model explainability, and data governance.Work Environment
